Sometimes you just have to wait for that good shot, and other times you just turn around and take a photo – not realizing at the time as to how well it has turned out.
This is what happened with the photo that in this post.
I was just walking down the street in New Orleans and I happened to turn around as this chef sat down to take a break and a smoke. Just the way his body is positioned help to emphasize the photo and bring out the physical tiredness that he must have been feeling — he must obviously have been working a long shift!
